Key Responsibilities:
• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and reminders
• Responding to emails and organizing inboxes
• Data entry across CRMs, spreadsheets, and dashboards
• Coordinating internal communications and follow-ups
• Creating and formatting documents, SOPs, and forms
• Light task tracking or reporting in PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
