Summary:
Flowloopa is seeking an organized and reliable Admin Assistant to support internal operations. This role handles inbox management, scheduling, data entry, and documentation updates, ensuring our clients’ backend workflows stay smooth and structured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate tasks

  • Organize inboxes and respond to emails professionally

  • Input and update data in CRMs and spreadsheets

  • Format SOPs, forms, and internal documents

  • Maintain shared drive organization and task management tools

  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas, and internal notes

  • Provide light project coordination and team support

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ year of administrative or operations experience

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, project tools, and CRMs

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; not required with 2+ years of relevant experience
