At Flowloopa Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality automation services, digital tools, and human-powered support tailored to your business needs. Because we operate on a subscription-based model, it’s important to understand how billing and refunds work.

1. Free Trial Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial exclusively for our Starter package.

  • No credit card is required to activate the trial.
  • During this trial, you’ll have limited access to core features and support options.
  • If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, your access will automatically expire.
  • Upgrading to a paid plan during the trial ends the free trial period immediately.

2. Subscription Billing

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Billing begins on the day you subscribe.

Your payment covers:

  • Access to platform features (SaaS tools)
  • Assigned human support roles (Flow team members)
  • Ongoing service, updates, and automation support

3. Refund Eligibility

Because we allocate resources and team support as soon as your subscription begins, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Monthly or annual plan payments after the billing date
  • Partial use of a subscription
  • Unused services or credits
  • Downgrades or cancellations after your renewal date

Exception: If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing), please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We’ll review the issue and may issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

  • You will retain access to services until the current term ends.
  • No refunds are issued for early cancellation.

5. Plan Downgrades

You may downgrade your plan at any time, but the downgrade will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No credits or refunds will be issued for the remaining period of a higher-tier plan.
